Billets ship several times a week, in the order received; in busy times it can take up to a week. Unfinished bats take about 1.5 weeks to turn and ship, up to 3 weeks in the busy season.
Cancellations
Billet orders can be cancelled until they ship. Every bat is made to your order, so once your bat is on the lathe the order can't be cancelled.
Returns
Billets can't be returned once shipped; we inspect every billet for visible defects before it leaves. Unfinished bats can be returned only if we made a mistake on your order. Used or broken bats can't be returned.
Weights and grading
Weights are random within each grade. Grades describe the target for the finished bat, not a guarantee: wood is a natural material.
Address corrections
A $25 address correction fee applies when FedEx has to correct an incorrect address. FedEx bills us, and we pass it on, so please double-check your shipping address.
